Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 30 days for consulting services. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your service must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds for Services

Once we receive your request for a refund, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
